Our call center based in Gliwice and Las Vegas provides our customers with 24/7/365 Support to ensure they receive the best possible results using our products. Your role as a Call Centre Supervisor will be to work directly with Management in continuously developing and improving our efficiency and building great relations between our US and PL based teams.
Our requirements:
- Excellent English Skills
- Experience in supervising a call centre team
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment
